Our Monthly Therapy Membership provides ongoing speech and language therapy through a recurring monthly plan. This option is designed for clients and families who benefit from consistent support, predictable scheduling, and continued progress monitoring over time.

Membership sessions may focus on speech sounds, receptive and expressive language, fluency, AAC, social communication, cognitive-communication skills, parent/caregiver coaching, aphasia, or other communication needs based on the client’s individualized goals.

Services may be provided through telehealth, in person, or a hybrid format when clinically appropriate and available.

Membership tiers may include different levels of visit frequency, scheduling access, and flexibility. Final recommendations are based on client needs, provider availability, location, and clinical appropriateness.

Membership Tier Options

Standard Membership

Includes up to 3 visits per monthly billing cycle.
Best for clients who want consistent monthly support with standard scheduling availability.

Enhanced Membership

Includes up to 4 visits per monthly billing cycle.
Best for clients who want more consistent weekly support, priority booking, and added scheduling flexibility.

Premium Membership

Includes up to 6 visits per monthly billing cycle.
Best for clients who may need more frequent support and expanded scheduling access, including possible evening or weekend options when available.

Important Scheduling Note

Membership visits must be used within the active monthly billing cycle and do not automatically roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing. Appointment availability depends on provider schedule, client needs, service location, and clinical appropriateness. Evening and weekend appointments are limited and are not guaranteed unless confirmed.

Enhanced and Premium members may receive waived cancellation or rebooking fees when appointment changes follow clinic notice requirements and provider availability. Same-day cancellations, repeated missed visits, or no-shows may still be subject to clinic policy.
